We are not doctors, ha ha not even close, could you imagine!   We’re not even nutritionists or dietitians and we really can’t tell you anything you don’t already know.  It’s common sense on the food thing, we can see where the confusion lies with so many obstacles that have come up with the rise of processed convenience foods tainting the views of what healthy is.

We are simple cooks with an imagination and an opinion of how to cook healthier and still be wicked.  Note that wicked means a lot of things on this site from emphasizing “really” to being “badass”.   We aim to benefit as many beings as we can with our message, plant pushers that want you to get in the kitchen and cook! Above all eat more vegetables.  Its that simple.
