There’s a lot you can do with Field Roast sausages, but one of our favorite ways to use them is grinding them up in a food processor to create a wickedly meaty texture!

We’ve added in beans, tomatoes and spices to the mix to create a chili that’s full of flavor, texture and just the right amount of spiciness … check it out!
Chipotle peppers, a kick of jalapeño juice and sea salt pulls everything together in the end. Serve with your favorite plant-based sour cream, scallions and tortilla chips and dig in!
