Sometimes less is more. We’re making an easy weeknight dinner with Field Roast Italian Sausage and serving it up with mashed potatoes, wilted kale and shroomy gravy. Check it out!
- Yield: 2 1x
- 1 T olive oil
- 1 package Field Roast Italian Sausage
- mashed potatoes
- wilted kale
- mushroom gravy
- Warm the oil in a medium-sized cast iron pan over medium heat. Add in the sausages and saute until golden, turning them slightly as they cook. Remove from heat.
- Serve with mashed potatoes, wilted kale and mushroom gravy.
