How to Cook Field Roast Sausages

Field Roast Sausages are wicked versatile! Grill them, pan fry them, or grind them up. We’ll show you how easy and delicious it is … take a look!

Instructions

Grilled

Place the sausages onto a plate. Drizzle with olive oil, toss with tongs to coat, and place on a preheated grill on medium-high until grill marks appear. Turn and allow the grill marks to develop on the all sides of the sausages. Total grilling time is about 8 minutes. Serve as desired.

Pan Fried

Preheat a cast iron pan over medium-high heat, add oil. Place in sausages and turn with tongs to allow for even cooking, allowing to cook on all sides. Sausages are done when they develop a slight golden char along the sides. Total cooking time is about 6 minutes. Serve as desired.

Ground

Chop the Field Roast sausages into 1-inch thick pieces. Place into a food processor and pulse to a fine crumbled consistency. Use as a base for meat-type sauces, taco meat, burgers, meatballs and a dumpling filling
